MNTGE Fruits & Veggies Work Pants

Designed by Sean Wotherspoon, our MNTGE Fruits & Veggies Work Pants are crafted from vintage French and German workwear, sourced from the 1950s to the 1990s. Historically known as "Bugatti Blues," these garments were valued for their rich royal blue hues, a color that has become synonymous with French workwear. Workers preferred this shade, which symbolized the resilience and durability of their clothing, designed for practical use across a range of jobs. We’ve brought these pants to life with custom embroidery featuring our signature Fruits & Veggies pattern, applied locally in Los Angeles.

These one-of-a-kind pants tell the story of their original use while being transformed into a modern statement piece. You may find wear in certain pockets as a result of carrying certain tools the original owner used, or repairs on the knees from kneeling down during long work hours. Due to their vintage origin, no two pairs are alike, ensuring you own a distinctive piece of wearable history.

Each pair is entirely unique, featuring a high-rise, 3-4" cropped length that sits just above the ankle. The pants come in varying shades of blue, from dark navy to vibrant royal, with signs of wear that give them character, including hand repairs, distressing, paint splatter, and fading.
